Steps to Successfully Submit Your Cards to MPE for Grading

Ready to grade your cards? Follow these simple steps: Choose your cards, protect them in sleeves, and pack securely. Fill out the submission form and ship them to us. Once graded, you’ll receive an invoice, and after payment, we’ll ship your cards back. Prepay for a 10% discount and $5 off return shipping!

1. Choose Your Cards – Select the cards you want graded. We accept:


  • Sports Cards (Baseball, Basketball, Football, etc.)
  • TCG Cards (Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh!, etc.)
  • Non-Sports Cards (Marvel, Star Wars, etc.)

2. Protect Your Cards – Place each card in a penny sleeve, then inside a top loader or card saver.


3. Stack Securely – Place cardboard on top and bottom of the stack.


4. Tape for Stability – Wrap painter’s tape around the stack vertically and horizontally.


5. Add Cushioning – Wrap in bubble wrap for extra protection.


6.Include Submission Form – Fill out and place it in the package. If you don’t have a printer, write your card list on paper or email it to grade@mpegrading.com (include a note in the box).

7. Pack and Seal – Use a bubble mailer or sturdy box that fits your cards snugly.


8. Ship Your Cards – Write our address and your return address, then drop off the package at the post office.


9. Invoice & Payment – Once grading is complete, you will receive an invoice. After payment is received, we will send your final grades.


10. Receive Your Cards – After payment, your graded cards will be shipped back to you.
